The process is split in two phases: a Fair Wage assessment composed of a management survey and a workers survey to measure their perception of the company’s wage policy, complemented by the collection of wage and employment data and a statistical evaluation of the company’s wage policy; interviews will be conducted to verify the company’s commitment to a fair wage policy and its implementation within its HR policy. The second phase consists in a Fair Wage analysis and reporting that will serve as the basis for the decision about certification.
